During the first Covid-19 confinement, the pastry chef trained at Cordon Bleu Tamsin Robinson launched the boxes following a request for homemade pastry.

Each box is stocked with professional-grade ingredients, handy baking tools like dough scrapers and piping bags, and easy-to-follow baking tutorials.

The range includes a dark chocolate pie, cinnamon and cardamom buns, chocolate and nut cookies and most recently a festive gingerbread kit.

The Christmas box (£ 25 small or £ 30 large) contains perfectly packed weighed ingredients and cookie cutters to make 30 cookies.
