Get Cozy with the Igloo Experience at Resorts World
Since Resorts World Las Vegas officially opened last summer, the new destination has continually brought new entertainment, dining and nightlife experiences to the Las Vegas Strip, and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon. The resort’s latest experience, in partnership with Zouk Group and Veuve Clicquot, transforms an outdoor space into a pop-up winter experience called an Igloo.
The Rose Rooftop venue at the southeast end of the property (on top of Zouk nightclub) has been decorated with twinkling lights and private igloo structures filled with comfortable neutral-colored seating, stools, textured cushions, comfortable blankets and a central table. It’s a little Swedish bubble hygge overlooking the Strip.
Comfy seating is also available outside the igloos placed near the fire pits, where you can roast marshmallows when you order the S’more of What? box ($20), which includes everything needed to make the most delicious s’mores.
Fuhu offers top notch bites included in the bento box ($35), which includes savory black peppercorn beef, chicken lo mein, California roll Kanikama, tiger prawns and steamed rice. The premium bento ($70) includes Fuhu fried chicken, fried rice with beef, branzino, sashimi (yellowtail, salmon and chu toro) and a snow crab California roll.
The Igloo experience also includes craft cocktails like the Hot Biscuit, a Woodinville bourbon, a dark creme de cacao, a Lior 43, a chocolate ball and a hot milk concoction that will warm you inside and out. . Of course, several varieties of Veuve Clicquot are available as well as other selected champagnes.
Igloo runs until February 27, with Rose Rooftop open Friday and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
