The festive igloo dining experience returns at Gurney’s


Make yourself comfortable in one of Gurney’s igloos this winter, located on their terrace The Lounge & Firepit.

Gurney’s special igloo experience, which returned on October 29 and is now available nightly, features cozy decor and blankets, plus a dedicated menu that includes shrimp and oatmeal, grilled bruschetta cheese and homemade chili.

The first multisensory and thematic igloos launched by Gurney for the winter 2019 season.

On November 19, the igloos will turn into an After Skate Winter Wonderland pop-up, on the sidelines of the opening of their ice rink.

The igloos are heated and can accommodate up to four people. All igloo reservations are two hours. All igloos will feature specialty cocktails, an after skate menu, vintage games, a roaring fire pit and more, according to Gurney’s website.

For all Igloo meal reservations, the following food and beverage minimums apply:

  • $ 175 ** minimum for any reservation between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. ($ 300 ** minimum for statutory holidays). ** Total + sales tax and tip 18%
  • $ 275 ** minimum for any reservation between 5:30 p.m. and closing ($ 375 ** minimum for statutory holidays, $ 500 ** minimum for New Years Eve). ** Total + sales tax and tip 18%

Gurney’s says the igloos are disinfected between bookings with the MIST Fogger & Disinfection solution, both hospital grade and NSF certified.
