The magical restaurant with igloo open 11 minutes from Hampshire

A rather unique restaurant opens at dawn in Hampshire this month, and diners are very excited about it. Coppa at The Georgian is set to launch on May 3 just an 11-minute drive from Liphook.

The trendy restaurant will have a beautiful dining space, three igloos in the garden, a terrace with a fire pit and rooms in its adjoining hotel should guests wish to stay overnight. Replacing the old Georgian House Hotel in Haslemere, the new venue will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week.

Drawing inspiration from the original Georgian and Tudor architecture, the Grade II listed building has been transformed to provide locals and visitors alike with a place to eat, drink, socialize and stay whatever the weather.

Specializing in modern European cuisine, brunch will also be offered on weekends alongside cocktails and pizza to go. The igloos will be lit up at night providing an enchanting atmosphere and the perfect place for a date.

Each will also be equipped with cozy blankets and a heater to keep guests warm when it’s cold. During the summer months there will be a fan to keep you cool, as well as an individual music system to set the mood.

Reservations are already open and it is free to reserve any of the pods. They can accommodate up to eight people and must be booked in advance. For all igloo bookings from 11.15am to closing there will be a minimum spend of £25 per person.
